At yiodesigner, we want you to love the products you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with a return.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Items without original packaging

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed
The amount will be returned to your original payment method
